Application Guidelines 

All applicants must complete the entire application in full prior to Serenity RE Solutions processing the application. Including all phone numbers, account numbers and prior landlord information. Please inform prior landlords and employers that our office will be contacting them to verify the information and authorize them to release and confirm the information stated. 

Rental Requirements:

Applicants must have 3 years of rental history, monthly income must be 3x the amount of rent and 3years of consistent work history.

Applicants with prior evictions or judgements will not be accepted. Applicants currently in eviction will not be accepted. 

We require the following documents:

• Most recent check stubs or proof of income (SSI, SSD, etc.) Minimum of 2 months
• Bank statements (All pages) Minimum of 2 month
• Current valid Driver's License or ID Card 
• Self-employed individuals must provide first two pages of income tax documents and bank statements (90 days). Some additional information or documents may be requested to clarify certain information on your application. 

If you have filed bankruptcy in the past two years, we will require a copy of the discharge form. 

Each adult applicant is required to pay a non-refundable credit report and processing fee of $45.00. This fee applies to spouse, adult children, and/or roommates.

The following applies to accepted applicants  

All properties shall be leased for a period of one year unless otherwise stated. The security deposit shall be equal to one month's rent. Ex: if rent amount is $2500.00 the security deposit will be $2500.00, there may be additional agreed upon fees based on move-in terms. (Such as pet rent or HOA community access, etc.) If the property owner accepts a pet, a monthly pet rent may apply, a photo of the pet and current insurance covering the pet must be on file.

Once an application is approved, you will have 24 hours to pay the security deposit or as agreed upon by management.

Upon denial, with written consent a copy of the credit report will be emailed or mailed to named applicant only.
